Below you will find a list of the most common questions I get about promoting One Week Marketing.
1. Does One Week Marketing still work even with the recent Squidoo policy changes?
A - Yes! The policy changes at Squidoo only limit WHAT can be promoted on the Squidoo.com site – not HOW it can be promoted. One Week Marketing is a solid marketing process that has nothing to do with WHAT is promoted – it simply teaches HOW to promote using all free methods online.
As a side-note, OWM does not only work for Squidoo. The Action Plan is applicable to all online marketing.
2. Who is One Week Marketing best for?
A - OWM is specifically designed for the newbie internet marketer who has some knowledge of basic internet marketing skills, but is so over-loaded with info and lacks for a plan of ACTION.
One Week Marketing is a daily action plan that I designed for myself thru process and error as I was trying to get my head around internet marketing.
The over-whelming feedback I get says, “THANK YOU for clearing the confusion, making sense of all this, and giving me a plan I can follow” (paraphrased).
One Week Marketing provides solid internet marketing principles that will accelerate an internet marketers success and knowledge of this business throughout their entire career. The methods taught in OWM are the solid basics that make up virtually any online marketing campaign – but teaches these foundations using all free methods.
3. Do you HAVE to promote Clickbank products for OWM to work?
A - No, absolutely not. You can promote anything you want following the OWM action plan be it affiliate offers, your own site, your local business…anything. One Week Marketing is not about the WHAT – it is about the HOW.
4. What is the best way to promote One Week Marketing?
A - Naturally, the best way to promote anything is thru genuine recommendation. Those that have and use One Week Marketing are absolutely my best affiliates.
Using Free Methods to Promote OWM:

Using Blogs To Promote OWM:
This is an EXCELLENT way to promote OWM by speaking to a certain market/demographic of consumers (ie, work-at-home moms, baby boomers, students, etc etc).

To absolutely take your niche sites to the next level, read this awesome new niche site guide (yes, I know… it’s a hypey name, but the product is excellent and also provides step-by-step mind maps which I love).
As far as a theme for your affiliate site(s) – I am in LOVE with a new affiliate marketing WordPress theme I have found. It is CRAZY customizable and super easy to customize. After using hundreds of themes in my time online, I have finally settled on one that I can use on all my sites. You can learn more about my favorite WP theme here (yes, I am using one of the many options of this theme here on this site).
Using PPC to promote OWM -
The best resource I have found to teach PPC in it’s entirety is this excellent PPC course.
I’ve reviewed and demo’d many, MANY products out there and these above meet my criteria for teaching style, completeness, ease-of-use, and over-all performance.
5. What About the New FTC Guidelines?
A - As of December 1, 2009, the new advertising/endorsement guidelines from the FTC will take effect. These guidelines apply to TV ads, print ads, radio ads, and yes… internet advertising.
Now, I am not a lawyer so don’t take what I say as advice, but it is my opinion that we should all comply. There are many aspects to these guidelines, but for OWM affiliates I ask you to PLEASE not make bogus income claims or claims of any kind, about One Week Marketing. If you DO make income claims, I would suggest you make sure they are YOUR income claims, the claims are true, and the claims can be proven.
If I find a OWM affiliate making outrageous and bogus claims about OWM, I will take action. I appreciate your understanding.

6. Can You Tell Me More About One Week Marketing?
A - Sure! One Week Marketing has been available to the public Since October 1, 2008 (with a few days prior as a pre-launch). Even after a year + on the market and thousands and thousands of copies sold, One Week Marketing still converts like crazy for those with genuine and effective campaigns.
These stats were taken from my Clickbank vendor account on October 17, 2009 (over one year since launch)
While the “0″ is my non-affiliate stats, the other numbers represent how many hops (clicks) affiliate have had on their hoplink before a conversion (a sale) takes place. These are fantastic numbers! These affiliates make a commission for every 20 clicks, 23 clicks, etc etc on their affiliate link. (note: these stats were taken from the time period of the previous 2 weeks for top-performing affiliates who have made more than one sale in said time period).
One Week Marketing continues to have a very passionate fan-base which has lead to it’s continued success and longevity in the Clickbank marketplace. Most impressive of all is that One Week Marketing grew via word of mouth (ie, genuine recommendations) as there was no major “Launch” for this product as is common with many internet marketing products.

7. I hate selling – Is there any other way to promote One Week Marketing?
A – Yes! You can offer your reader a free Squidoo 101 guide that I personally wrote. By doing this, you give your readers a great free resource (which builds up the your trust level and credibility) AND it will drop your Clickbank affiliate cookie so that any future purchase of One Week Marketing will be credited to you (as long as it is within 60 days and the reader has not clicked another affiliate’s link after yours).
After someone gets the free Squidoo guide, I slowly introduce them to me, how affiliate marketing works, and then introduce them to One Week Marketing. I do NOT over-ride your affiliate links! I do everything I can to close the sale for YOU.

Get Squidoo 101 images and banners for your site or lens.
You can also use YouTube videos to advertise your affiliate link for OWM. There is a cool (free) tool online that allows you to surround any YouTube video with a banner/border that contains the text of your choice and a link of your choise (ie, your affiliate link). Feel free to use any of my YouTube Videos.

8. Why doesn’t PotPieGirl have her own forum?
A - I’ve thought about it, but I know deep in my heart that no one should start a forum unless they have the loads of time it takes to maintain properly and support its members the way they deserve to be supported. Between my internet marketing business and my other businesses, my time is very limited and I don’t feel I have the quantity of time available to offer the quality you deserve.
I am very picky and I refuse to do anything “half-assed” =)
For the past year, I have spent the majority of my time within this forum. I give loads of advice and help there as well as supply my fellow members with many free tutorials and strategy tactics. Because this is a private forum, I am more free to share things I won’t share on my public blog (PotPieGirl.com).
I spend as much time as I can helping others in this forum and learning community, but I also know that when I am not available to help that my fellow members will be helped by countless others. Your success is important to me and as of this moment, I find this affiliate marketing community to be the best solution all the way around.
